General Info

The triathlon will include a 4K bike, a 3K run, and finally a 2K paddle.  The bike and run portions of the race will occur entirely in the sunflower field across the river from downtown Concord, and the paddle will be on the Merrimack River.  The family friendly distances and scenic, safe course loops are intended to bring out all levels of athletes and their friends!  For the tenacious, young athletes among us, there’ll be a mini fun run through the corn stalks!
